The University of Michigan ran a sham investigation of Myria Petrou’s resignation letter discussing the unwanted pharmacologic intervention against Myria’s pregnancy from Paul Cronin’s statements but left the investigation open.   Was this to leave to the door open to claim that Myria was making false criminal allegations?   Given, that the University of Michigan has admitted it has two communications between OGC Gloria Hage (who was present for Brad’s 5.09 hearings but never said anything) and law enforcement perhaps this is all related?   The UM OGC referred several other matters based on false allegations and false witnesses to law enforcement which when Brad brought it up during the 5.09 hearings, the committee thought was no big deal. November 23, 2025 Dear Prosecutor Ganatra  We wanted to share the following with you as we believe it’s important for your investigation. According to Eva Feldman, Professor of Neurology at University of Michigan, and her emails to outside institutions in Dec 2015 Brad and Myria were great and they were looking for positions outside Ann Arbor because there was serious dysfunction in the department of radiology at University of Michigan.  At this time the sexual harassment concerns and retaliation with respect to the ALS NIH RO1 grant and Robert Welsh were being investigated by the Office of Institutional Equity (OIE), which Eva supported Brad and Duaa in and had already terminated the relationship of the Department of Neurology with Robert Welsh.  According to Eva Feldman and her written documentation there were people obstructing Brad and Myria from leaving the University of Michigan.  When Myria told her mother Maria Petrou that she wanted to leave Ann Arbor and wa...

The University of Michigan’s official position is that it can communicate with outside law enforcement agencies including the FBI but not disclose the communications to the public.   Should we trust this?   My experience has been that the University of Michigan Office of General Counsel has repeatedly made “referrals” based on false allegations and false witnesses to law enforcement including the FBI (e.g. a “bugged” statue, a “suspicious” package, etc.) and the University of Michigan police ran numerous secret investigations against myself and my family. More recently, there has been significant press with respect to the relationship between the University of Michigan and law enforcement and the student body on multiple issues irrespective of political ideology. Brad Foerster and his two kids Peter and Maria asked President Schlissel for a meeting regarding the 5.09 proceedings informing Dr. Schlissel that among other things Dean Runge’s outside attorney Dan Tukel was prohibited from 5.09 proceedings based on the University ByLaws. President Schlissel refused the meeting with Dan Tukel replying and chastising Brad for requesting a meeting (yet another violation). President Schlissel also refused to meet with the University of Michigan athletes who were sexually assaulted by the University of Michigan physician Dr. Anderson.   Ironically, President Schlissel was terminated by the University years later for sexual misconduct. President Schlissel claimed this was all a conspiracy to frame him.  

Dr. Myria Petrou tells then University of Michigan Vice-Dean Dr. Carol Bradford (now Dean at Ohio State) and the Ad-Hoc Committee in a recording during the November 2018 5.09 hearings that she made a final decision to resign from the University of Michigan when she revisited Paul Cronin’s statements about “Reed and company” and an unwanted pharmacologic intervention against Myria and Brad’s unborn child in 2017. Dean Runge’s outside attorney Dan Tukel (who was barred in the proceeding per the ByLaws, ignored by the committee) was upset that he could not cross-examine Myria.   Eva Feldman was Brad Foerster's mentor since he was M4 student at the University of Michigan and recruited Brad and Myria back to UM from Johns Hopkins.  Brad and Myria named their daughter after Eva.  Eva was always highly critical of Reed Dunnick and the Department of Radiology as well as the mishandling of the NIH ALS grant by Reed - Eva said she was trying to help Brad and Myria find another institution to work during 2015-16.  But then Eva Feldman fired the sexually harassed research coordinator and turned on Brad and Myria during the 5.09 hearings.

Dear University of Michigan, Under Foia, I am requesting a copy of any recordings (audio or video) and/or transcripts involving Paul Cronin, Brad/Bradley Foerster, Myria Petrou, and/or Duaa Altaee/Al-taee (or a derivative of Duaa Altaee’s name spelling) in which among other things Paul Cronin discussed a Russian scheme to subvert the 2016 U.S. Presidential Election. Some of these conversations occurred in August & September 2016 at 3672 Wellington Cross Road, Ann Arbor, MI. For context, I initially filed this FOIA request to the University of Michigan for any Russia-Gate recordings on June 16, 2021 for which the University took a FOIA deposit.   Four months later, the University said it could not release the recordings due to civil litigation (UM Foia reply attached).   I am re-filing this FOIA request given that the President Grasso office just claimed yesterday the University had no “Nick” recordings (the AAPD used the “Nick” recordings in which “Nick” made false crimina...

  Given the two Russia-Gate documents regarding Brad and Myria at the Office of General Counsel which the University of Michigan is refusing to release and now the University of Michigan releasing the "Nick" recordings hours after President Grasso denied a FOIA appeal saying there were no "Nick" recordings one has to ask what else the University of Michigan is hiding?

The University of Michigan is requesting a FOIA deposit for communications between Presidential Schlissel and the FBI regarding Brad Foerster, Paul Cronin, Myria Petrou and Duaa Altaee.  

President Grasso denied University of Michigan having any recordings of "Nick" who made false criminal allegations against Brad Foerster & Myria Petrou. Christine Gerdes is the University of Michigan Attorney Who Has Two Russia-Gate Documents About Brad & Myria That The University of Michigan Is Refusing To Release.  

We will see if the University of Michigan (after denying Brad's FOIA request for the Russia-Gate documents) forwarded the Russia-Gate documents to law enforcement in a frame attempt.

November 18, 2025 Dear Washtenaw County Prosecutor’s Office, Under FOIA, I am requesting any and all complaints/reports/documents/search warrant affidavits/arrest warrant requests regarding or referencing myself (Bradley/Brad Foerster) and/or wife Dr. Myria Petrou from September 1, 2025 to present.  I recently found out that the University of Michigan Office of General Counsel has two documents about Russia-Gate referring to myself and/or my wife Dr. Myria Petrou which I understand the University and its parties are upset about (my Foia appeal to President Grasso attached here).   The University of Michigan is claiming attorney-client privilege to deny release of the Russia-Gate documents so please let me know if the University of Michigan read you in about this as it would vitiate the University’s claim of attorney-client privilege as you would be considered a third party to the suppressed documents.
