What is the chicken and what is the egg? Russia-Gate or Geddes Ridge?

Dear Prosecutor Ganatra 

We wanted to share the following with you as we believe it’s important for your investigation.

According to Eva Feldman, Professor of Neurology at University of Michigan, and her emails to outside institutions in Dec 2015 Brad and Myria were great and they were looking for positions outside Ann Arbor because there was serious dysfunction in the department of radiology at University of Michigan. 

At this time the sexual harassment concerns and retaliation with respect to the ALS NIH RO1 grant and Robert Welsh were being investigated by the Office of Institutional Equity (OIE), which Eva supported Brad and Duaa in and had already terminated the relationship of the Department of Neurology with Robert Welsh. 

According to Eva Feldman and her written documentation there were people obstructing Brad and Myria from leaving the University of Michigan. 

When Myria told her mother Maria Petrou that she wanted to leave Ann Arbor and was looking for other opportunities Maria Petrou said - No you are not I am never letting you go. 

Eva Feldman and Maria Petrou had a doctor patient relationship. 

According to Eva Feldman in Jan 2017 Brad and Myria were great. At this time Duaa Altaee was working under Eva Feldman/Department of Neurology with no concerns. This is also right around the time Maria and Petros Petrou went to the Ann Arbor police and made false criminal allegations against Myria and Brad and Duaa Altaee. 

Maria Papaefthymiou assisted Maria and Petros Petrou in this. Maria Papaefthymiou made false statements to the police about Myria when she had not seen Myria for over a year. Maria Papaefthymiou also had a doctor patient relationship with Eva Feldman. 

According to Eva Feldman in June 2017 she was still invested in supporting Brad and Myria, invited them to her house and loaned them 10k to assist with landscaping for their new house. 

At this time Duaa was working for Eva. Eva was aware of the false allegations of Maria and Petros Petrou and “Nick” to the Ann Arbor police and discounted them and said she trusted Brad and Myria and she had not seen or heard anything that would make her think otherwise. 

The arbitration meetings with respect to the ALS RO1 grant had happened at this point and Eva had no concerns about Brad’s position. 

Eva, based on her ombuds role at the university, the fact she was Brad’s mentor and a coinvestigator on the ALS RO1 grant and was also on Myria’s mentoring committee would by definition have to know if there were any misconduct issues. 

The “charges” brought by the University against Brad in the summer 2018 came out of nowhere especially as Brad was on approved leave from July/August 2017 to June/July 2018 for his back surgeries. 

So what happened between the summer of 2017 and 2018? 

1. Bank of Ann Arbor conducted a sheriff sale on Brad and Myria’s Ann Arbor properties without appropriate advertisement and to date refuses to say how they allocated the funds from the sheriff sale with essentially the entire 1.4 million dollars of the sale not accounted for on the ledger and the first public lien position not paid. 
2.  Myria reported concerns of Robert Welsh not fulfilling his contractual obligations to the NIH with respect to the ALS RO1 grant to the HHS OIG. This was via a very short hand written fax and Eva was aware. 
3.  A medical billing complaint was filed to HHS OIG under Myria’s name implicating Ella Kazerooni - time stamps show that the only person who could have sent the complaint was Aine Kelly, Paul Cronin’s wife who said she doesn’t know if her computer was compromised. The medical billing allegations came from Cronin. 
4.  The HHS OIG never investigated the billing allegations but “investigated” the grant based on the billing complaint (?!) and not Myria’s fax. 
5.  Myria and Brad were interviewed in the Ann Arbor FBI building by FBI special agent Sue Lucas and someone who introduced themselves as HHS OIG Special Agent Tyson Howard. The HHS OIG later said they had no record of Tyson Howard. 
6.  Same individuals interviewed Paul Cronin in the department of radiology with Ella Kazerooni present. 
7.  Myria reported “Nick” to the University of Michigan Office of Institutional Equity as well as the EEOC. “Nick” was an “unidentified” witness who was making false criminal and sexual allegations against Myria and Brad including extorting Paul Cronin over a fabricated sex scandal. Reed Dunnick refused to investigate “Nick” and nobody including Paul Cronin, Aine Kelly and Ella Kazerooni will respond as to whether they recognize “Nick’s” voice when it appears to be a voice match to Nick Reeser their fellow at the time. 
8.  Myria repeatedly asked for and has been repeatedly denied the ability to correct her reproductive medical record at Michigan Medicine with respect to her third pregnancy which Paul Cronin said resulted in a miscarriage due to an unwanted “pharmacologic intervention” by “Reed and company” without Myria’s knowledge or consent. 
9.  Myria and Brad were falsely accused of “counterfeit cats” which Kara Morgenstern tried to use to unlawfully strip Brad and Myria of their medical licenses. 
10.  Brad and Myria were evicted from 630 and 620 Geddes Ridge. Bank of Ann Arbor refused to provide a 2 week extension to allow Brad and Myria to purchase their properties back. Timeline was set based on Cronin’s assurances Brad and Myria’s attorney Cronin could provide a cash loan. 
11.  Myria was approved for promotion and tenure by the Department of radiology under Ella Kazerooni and received multiple favorable external reviews. 
12. Immediately prior to the initiation of 5.09 proceedings against Brad in July 2018 Eva “banned” Myria and Brad from ALS clinic based on the ongoing HHS OIG investigation. The last recorded activity on the HHS OIG investigation was from January 2018. Brad and Myria’s interview from March 2018 was not included in the HHS OIG report.  

Perhaps most importantly (?!) the Russiagate story became front and center in January 2017 when the Trump administration took over and Buzzfeed published the Steele Dossier. Paul Cronin told us and Duaa Altaee about Russiagate starting in the summer of 2016 and his narrative mirrored what showed up in the Steele Dossier. Ella Kazerooni was parked outside my parents house when Cronin was spinning Russiagate stories. We now know that somehow Cronin telling us stories about Russiagate on a back porch in Ann Arbor in the summer of 2016 morphed into a 500 page FBI investigation with respect to Russiagate under Brad which the FBI said they cannot release until 2028. And apparently Christine Gerdes special advisor to the University of Michigan President generated two memos about us and Russiagate which the University is refusing to release. 

As bizarre as it may sound the fund disbursement of the sheriff sale funds may hold the key to this entire Russiagate story and all these inexplicable events in Ann Arbor so your assistance to figure out what happened is critical,

PS Two more pieces of information that may be useful. Maria Petrou said she went to the Ann Arbor police not because she thought a crime was committed but because things would have been much worse if she had not, suggesting there was some other underlying sinister agenda. Maria Petrou has also said that she went to Eva’s house in 2017-2018 to ask her to help us and Eva seemed very scared as if she had been threatened and the only thing she said is that we did not show up to the St. Joe’s holiday ball in 2016 when she had tickets for us (there was a last minute work issue and we talked to Eva afterwards).
