Given Recent University of Michigan FOIA Discovered Russia-Gate Documents For Brad Foerster & Myria Petrou, Brad Files FOIA requests to Washtenaw County Prosecutor and Ann Arbor Police For New Complaints Against Brad & Myria
November 18, 2025
Dear Washtenaw County Prosecutor’s Office,
Under FOIA, I am requesting any and all complaints/reports/documents/search warrant affidavits/arrest warrant requests regarding or referencing myself (Bradley/Brad Foerster) and/or wife Dr. Myria Petrou from September 1, 2025 to present.
I recently found out that the University of Michigan Office of General Counsel has two documents about Russia-Gate referring to myself and/or my wife Dr. Myria Petrou which I understand the University and its parties are upset about (my Foia appeal to President Grasso attached here). The University of Michigan is claiming attorney-client privilege to deny release of the Russia-Gate documents so please let me know if the University of Michigan read you in about this as it would vitiate the University’s claim of attorney-client privilege as you would be considered a third party to the suppressed documents.
Please use this email address for any questions/release of information.
Thank you for your assistance,

Dear AAPD,
Under FOIA, I am requesting any and all complaints/reports/documents/search warrant affidavits/arrest warrant requests regarding or referencing myself (Bradley/Brad Foerster) and/or wife Dr. Myria Petrou from September 1, 2025 to present.
I recently found out that the University of Michigan Office of General Counsel has two documents about Russia-Gate referring to myself and/or my wife Dr. Myria Petrou which I understand the University and its parties are upset about - I have filed a Foia appeal to President Grasso which I can send you. The University of Michigan is claiming attorney-client privilege to deny release of the Russia-Gate documents so please let me know if the University of Michigan read you in about this as it would vitiate the University’s claim of attorney-client privilege as you would be considered a third party to the suppressed documents. Also, please ask Detective Rougeau as he has suppressed documents from other my prior Foia requests for which he has been reprimanded as documented by the public record.
Thank you for your assistance,
Bradley Foerster, MD PhD
