BOAA is refusing to meet with us to explain how the funds were disbursed. 4. AG Nessel's office said it was investigating the unaccounted funds from the Sheriff's sale and then said it is not investigating. 5. Prosecutor Savit's office is not communicating with us about this issue. So why does no one want to tell us what happened to the funds?   Why did AG Nessel's office initially say they were investigating and then they said they were not?
