Hi American Title, Yes agree with Myria - in addition, we never received a 1099-S form from you for the sale of 1745 Brian Court so please send us the required 1099-s form.
Thank you,

Dear American titlePlease see below and let us know how the money was allocated from the sale of 1745 Brian Court in December as according to the Bank of Ann Arbor lien position was followed at sheriff sale which would mean the Bank of America mortgage on 1745 Brian Court was paid as of August 2017.You documented that the 257 K first lien position Bank of America had was paid by Tarick Seifeddine at closing in Dec 2017.So where did the 257k from Tarick go?This is all very concerning given your refusal to communicate/meet with us and let us know how the monies were distributed. If you cut a check back to us we did not receive anything. Please let us know as we have had a lot of identity theft and in fact in 2018 the IRS documented identity theft for us.Myria Petrou and Brad Foerster---------- Forwarded message ---------

Hi TarickHope all is well.I am going to clarify a couple of things re the sale of 1745 Brian Court to make sure we are on the same page.1. Bank of Ann Arbor owned the sheriff deed on 1745 Brian Court as of August 2017.2. Bank of Ann Arbor have told us and the FDIC they followed lien position.3. Based on 1 and 2 above that means Bank of Ann Arbor paid the Bank of America mortgage for 257k4. Neither Brad nor I redeemed the 1745 Brian Court property, there is no transfer of right of redemption in the state of Michigan and you paid the 80k for the sheriffs deed as documented in the American title paperwork as second lien position for Strobl and Sharp/Bank of Ann Arbor.5. You also paid approximately 257k for the Bank of America first lien position. So based on the above no money was owed to the Bank of America in 2017 but American title documented that you paid the Bank of America 257k - so where did your payment of 257k go if no money was owed? We never received any monies from any of this. And how did American Title let the 80k payment go through if there is no transfer of the right of redemption? We have asked Mike many times and he is blanking us. Given that he was your attorney for this sale he should clarify this for you and you can let us know.ThanksMyria and Brad
