  “Nick” was an unidentified witness who claimed to be a colleague of Paul Cronin’s at the University of Michigan and made false criminal allegations against Brad Foerster & Myria Petrou which allowed the Ann Arbor Police to maintain a freeze on their bank accounts after Myria’s mom Maria Petrou dropped her false allegations of embezzlement (only to be reinstated after Cronin denied any knowledge of “Nick” or extortion under oath). Without our knowledge, University of Michigan Office of General Counsel Kara Morgenstern solicited more false allegations from “Nick” against us.  Morgenstern and OGC Special Counsel to the Provost Christine Gerdes ran a sham investigation into “Nick” only disclosed to Brad and Myria after Myria resigned and during Brad’s 5.09 proceedings.   The provost initiated 5.09 proceedings against Brad in an attempt to terminate Brad who was tenured faculty.  Brad and Myria just found out the Christine Gerdes has two memos about Russia-Gate refe...

Brad Foerster camped with former University of Michigan football player Jon Vaughn in Fall 2021 outside President Schlissel's office (President Schlissel refused to meet with the athletes about the sexual abuse they suffered from former team physician Robert Anderson).

Given the two University of Michigan Provost Special Counsel documents regarding Russia-Gate and Brad Foerster & Myria Petrou (which the University will not release), Myria asks University of Michigan Lead Counsel Tim Lynch where the scheme to frame us and take our kids away came from.

Paul Cronin told myself, my wife Dr. Myria Petrou and Ms. Duaa Altaee that he was not trained as a physician and it provided near perfect cover (with the blessing of the University of Michigan) to operate as a spy.  Aine Kelly, Paul's wife, also told us she was not trained as physician.  Both are missing standard medical training documentation both in Ireland and in Michigan.  Brad and Myria have informed numerous parties of this including Emory University Medical Dean Dr. Sandra Wong who was a good friend of Brad's and Myria's while in Ann Arbor.  Brad's current boss (West Pointer and double-boarded in psychiatry and radiology) said that this has to be a political scandal and based on all the ridiculous allegations we have faced including "Nick" and this was a set-up.                                                   ...
