FEDERAL FALSE CLAIMS ACT COMPLAINT
Plaintiff-Relator BRADLEY FOERSTER, in pro per, on behalf of the United States ofAmerica for his Complaint against Defendant Paul Cronin alleges based upon personal knowledge, relevant documents and information and belief as follows:
I. INTRODUCTION
1. This is an action to recover damages and civil penalties on behalf of the United State of America arising from false and/or fraudulent records, statements and claims made and caused to made by Defendant and/or its agents, in violation of the federal False Claims Act, 31 U.S.C. 3729 et seq. (“the FCA”).
2. In a page straight out The Americans, Defendant Paul Cronin has impersonated being a physician despite his own statements admitting that he never attended medical school and lack of medical training documentation on file with relevant agencies, allowing Defendant Cronin to gain entry to the United States (and subsequent United States citizenship) with Paul Cronin declaring that such assumed credentials provides near
“perfect cover.”
3. This action alleges that Defendant Paul Cronin has falsely represented being a physician in order to bill Medicare and Medicaid.
