Is the road to hell paved with Maize & Blue?
I have posted some of this before but wanted to revisit this given that we now have new information obtained via FOIA that the University of Michigan including Dr. Ella Kazerooni (Paul Cronin’s and Aine Kelly’s boss), President Schlissel, the University Office of General Counsel (OGC) were communicating with law enforcement about us (but is refusing to release the communications) as well as the OGC having documents on us about Russia-Gate (but once again is refusing to release).
Prior to Myria contacting OGC Lead Counsel Tim Lynch, we (via FOIA) obtained an email between OGC Deputy Lead Counsel Kara Morgenstern and “Nick.”
“Nick” is an unidentified witness (who we later learned Dr. Kazerooni informed Kara Morgenstern about) who made false sexual allegations and false criminal allegations (falsely claiming that we were extorting Paul Cronin) against us us which allowed the Ann Arbor police to continue its investigation of us and maintain the freeze on our bank accounts which directly led to the Sheriff’s sale (which we now know has missing Sheriff’s sale money that no one wants to tell us where it went).
In the posted email below, Kara Morgenstern (who is a friend of Dr. Eva Feldman and has connections to our kids’ current high school - among other things Morgenstern is an alum of Wootton High School) solicits “Nick” for additional false allegations against us and offers to facilitate legal representation for “Nick.” Morgenstern never contacted us about any of this. Instead and following, Morgenstern tried to defraud us of our medical licenses through a sham Ann Arbor police investigation of two orange stray cats we took care of with our kids.
As you can see in Tim Lynch’s email posted here, Lynch denied that the OGC had been in contact with “Nick.”
Ella Kazerooni told myself and Myria on separate occasions that she knew nothing about “Nick.”
After we discovered that “Nick” is a voice match to Dr. Nick Reeser (who was Paul’s, Aine’s and Ella’s fellow), neither Ella, Paul, nor Aine will reply as to whether they recognize “Nick’s” voice from the Ann Arbor police recordings containing the false criminal allegations against us. Nick Reeser also will not reply. In texts Cronin sent prior to us obtaining a voice recording of Nick Reeser, Cronin tried to implicate another colleague of his, Nick Burris. Neither Myria nor I ever had any contact or overlap with either Nick Reeser or Nick Burris.
In addition, Paul and Aine will not reply if they received any money from the Sheriff’s sale.
To this point, the Ann Arbor police are covering up the missing Sheriff’s sale money. Weeks later, the Ann Arbor police now say they will “process the payment” for the “updated” version of the Bank of Ann Arbor’s Sheriff sale investigation this Monday so we will see if the police continue on this road.
The Washtenaw Prosecutor and AG Nessel have performed gymnastics to falsely claim they cannot investigate any of these matters.
Aside from the non-payment by the Bank of Ann Arbor of the first lien position as recorded by the Washtenaw County Register of Deeds from the sheriff’s sale, indicating that the whole $1.4 million went to some mystery superseding financial encumbrance, there is approximately $250K not showing up on the bank ledger which approximates the promissory note we signed with Paul and Aine in April 2018 (note was prepared by Aine).
When we were paying Paul and Aine back for the promissory note, including unwarranted interest that Aine demanded, my mother-in-law Maria Petrou kept telling us to stop paying them and that they are “both crazy and nasty” and “coming after funds that should be going to our kids.” We made our final payment to Paul and Aine in the summer of 2023. Following the FBI said they would not release my 500 page file until 2028 which we now know is all Russia-Gate; hang on, the “Russia-Gate” allegations came from Paul Cronin….
And in 2028, it will be over 10 years since the Sheriff’s sale and the loss of our house making it outside the statute of limitations.
