Hail To The Victims - University of Michigan & Russia-Gate

 

The biggest question is why both sides (the Republicans and the Democrats) covering this up?  

In the past when I contact UM after filing a litigated FOIA appeal to conserve the court's resources, UM will hire outside attorney Dan Tukel who will then file a court reply claiming I am unreasonable for asking for documents, ask the case be dismissed and request a court order for me to pay Dan Tukel's legal fees.  Then UM will delay and after months release the requested documents.    

 

What we know: AAPD – we have their reports (Rougeau, Spickard and the Tarick investigation). What we do not know is how “Nick” could be considered a credible witness and there is no documentation regarding the outcome of the “Nick” extortion of Paul Cronin claim. Rougeau’s first search warrant freezing our bank account was executed the same day Jeff Sessions was sworn in as AG. We also have the Spratt investigation which refuses to address the missing Bank of Ann Arbor Sheriff’s sale funds. MSP : we have their documentation of endorsing Rougeau (without basis given the DPOA and the missing documentation tracking the source of funds that we were falsely accused of embezzling). They ignored “Nick.” Sheriff : No complaints investigated. Involved in the illegitimate Sheriff’s sale and refusing to address it. FBI: According to the FBI there is a 500 page file about Russia-Gate under Brad. Nothing substantial under Myria, just the interview with Sue Lucas and “Tyson Howard.” Myria...

The University of Michigan endorses conducting psychiatric "peer review" evaluations on its faculty and then denying access for the same faculty to obtain the decision damn federal law. Secret Stash headquarters indeed.  

 

I just found that my former direct supervisor Ashok Srinivisan is part of UM Office of Clinical Affairs.  Ashok is married to Prachi who was a colleague of Paul Cronin's and Aine Kelly's and is now head of the cardiothoracic imaging division at UM.  

So we now know there is missing Sheriff’s sale money from our properties that no one (including the bank and the police) want to tell us where it went.   By definition it went to pay a fraudulent debt which is bad enough but now it looks like this “payment of the debt” was and is being used to “prove” that we are guilty/no-good people who shirked this (mystery) debt and this was used to justify everything that happened to us including the illegitimate eviction and kicking us out of University of Michigan without due process. Let’s examine some of the potential motives for the key parties in this: Maria Petrou (Myria’s mother) - Myria’s mother is very controlling and has said many times that she wanted me out so she could control her only daughter and the grandkids.   Things really went to hell after we asked Myria’s parents to move into a second house and establish boundaries that respected our nuclear family unit.   Maria a few years ago told us in front of our kids ...

 

It is impossible to pierce a fraudulent scheme if it is kept secret from the victims.  The University of Michigan and Ann Arbor has worked over time to cover this up (it should only take 10 minutes for the Bank of Ann Arbor to explain how the $1.4M from the Sheriff's sale was disbursed).  This has included numerous secret investigations against us by law enforcement both at the local Ann Arbor level and the federal level (FBI & HHS-OIG).  

Given that the Bank of America had first lien position due to the pre-existing mortgage on 1745 Brian Court, the Sheriff should not have allowed a credit bit and the Bank of Ann Arbor should have paid the Sheriff $1.4M at the Sheriff sale and then the Sheriff should have disbursed funds according to lien position.  Instead the Sheriff allowed a credit bid opening the door for the Bank of Ann Arbor to pay the $1.4M towards a fraudulent debt attributed to us and now the police are covering this up.  Prosecutor Ganatra just clicked on the box that he didn't have enough information based on the inadequate police investigation but did not document anything in writing.    

 Jim Reach was also attorney for the county at the time of Sheriff's sale (conflict of interest) and the Sheriff should have never accepted a credit bid from the Bank of Ann Arbor given the recorded superseding lien at the county register of deeds. The Sheriff should have collected $1.4M from the bank at Sheriff's sale and then disbursed the funds according to lien position. Reach replaced attorney Steve Garris after we asked Father Nick what was going on.  In court filings, Reach somehow calculated we owed Myria's mom $1.4M!

 

We were members of St. Nicholas Greek Church in Ann Arbor.  Father Nick baptized our son Peter and we had a big party at West End Grill.  Steve Garris is an attorney and a member of the church who facilitated my mother-in-law's false criminal allegations against us to the Ann Arbor Police which resulted in the Sheriff's sale. We found out last year that Steve Garris had created some sort of trust our kids with the Bank of Ann Arbor being trustee?! We have asked Father Nick before to ask Mary Hayes (she was Vice-President of Bank of Ann Arbor and she set up the loan) about the missing money but he does not reply although he will reply about other things.

This would explain why the police and the prosecutor are covering up the missing $1.4M from the Sheriff's sale on our properties  

After the Ann Arbor Police refuse to obtain our financial records from the Bank of Ann Arbor for the missing $1.4M from the Sheriff's sale on our properties, the prosecutor closes the case without written explanation and without asking the police to obtain the financial documentation from the bank.  

Given the University of Michigan's extensive history of FOIA violations to myself and others, I can safely predict President Grasso will not release my peer review decision.  

The  Health Care Quality Improvement Act Of 1986 requires that the University of Michigan release the decision to me (which makes sense otherwise institutions could document what ever it wanted in a secret file without accountability.  The University of Michigan is citing a FOIA exemption even though  all state laws, including   state Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) or open records laws , must obey federal law under the U.S. Constitution's  Supremacy Clause.
