Myria Asks University of Michigan OCG Gloria Hage If The Missing Sheriff's Sale Funds Have Anything To Do With Myria's Employment
We have gone through every party who could have taken the missing Sheriff's sale money. The only party that has not replied is the University of Michigan. There are multiple reports out in the press of law enforcement covering up for the University of Michigan in general and conflicts of interest (including AG Nessel). In addition, AG Nessel's office told Brad twice it was investigating the missing money from the Sheriff's sale and then turned around and said it was not investigating.
OGC Kara Morgenstern told law enforcement that we were being investigated for fraud in April 2018, after the Washtenaw County Prosecutor closed the "embezzlement" case (which directly caused the Sheriff's sale) saying it was clearly civil and there is no fraud investigation on file with law enforcement or at the University of Michigan. Yet we recently found out that OGC Gloria Hage and OGC Christine Gerdes were communicating with law enforcement about us and the University is refusing to provide us with these communications. OGC refuses to date to investigate "Nick" (who enabled the Ann Arbor Police to maintain the "embezzlement" investigation leading to foreclosure) and the OGC had no objections to the Ann Arbor police using Petros Petrou with a mini mental score of 11/30 as documented by Michigan Medicine as the main credible witness for the "embezzlement" case. This would all fit.
