Brad & Myria Ask Sheriff, Foreclosure Trustee Pam Ritter and Title Company Why Owed Property Taxes On 630/620 Geddes Ridge & 1745 Brian Court Were NOT Paid at Sheriff's Sale

Most obvious answer is that paying the owed property taxes at Sheriff's Sale would have disallowed the Bank of Ann Arbor's credit bid requiring the Sheriff to collect the $1.4M from the Bank of Ann Arbor with the Sheriff who is required to pay the property taxes and the superseding lien positions on the public record.
