2015, 2016, & 2018 IRS Tax Transcripts for Brad Foerster & Myria Petrou Unavailable Due to Identity Theft

Tax Transcripts Unavailable During the Time of the Bank of Ann Arbor Construction Loan Including the Year That the Bank of Ann Arbor Filed a 1099 Cancellation of Debt Form For The Sheriff's Sale With Incorrect Amount.  Bank Refuses To Meet With Brad & Myria Regarding the Unaccounted $250K From the Sheriff's sale, Prosecutor Savit Refuses to Investigate, AG Nessel's Office Says It Is Investigating and Then Says It Will Not Investigate.

Myria and Brad consult a tax attorney about the unaccounted $250K from the Sheriff's sale who advises that the starting point is obtaining the IRS account transcript for the years of the construction loan and 2018 in particular given the 2018 cancellation of debt form submitted to the IRS by the Bank of Ann Arbor.

IRS says there was identity theft and will send the tax transcripts within two weeks.  Two months later, Brad and Myria still have not received the transcripts despite multiple follow up phone calls to the IRS and IRS not updating the website containing the documents.
