Change of scenes - would be interested in feedback regarding the skeleton for this novel meant to be a series. The backbone to the story (to be fleshed out in the sequel books) is that Diana is adopted (unknown to Diana) by her sociopathic “mother.”   Diana is heiress to one of the greatest fortunes in the world.   Diana’s “mother” has conspired with Dr. Erin Oliver (who is double-boarded in psychiatry) to render Diana legally incompetent so that her “mother” can control Diana’s vast fortune - all hidden and unknown to Diana. After waiting over a year, the HHS-OIG just released the documentation from the investigation that  stemmed from the University of Michigan medical billing complaint  (transformed into NIH ALS grant investigation) fradulently filed under Myria's name. For the first time, we discover that the Ann Arbor police were part of this investigation (no documentation ever disclosed by the Ann Arbor Police) with a DVD from the Ann Arbor police. The HHS-OIG discuss a University of Michigan confidentiality agreement and possiblity that the agreement may shield University of Michigan from releasing documentation (which would be against DOJ guidelines). Brad and Myria's March 2, 2018 interview by HHS-OIG Agent Tyson Howard (which no one can locate) regarding the grant is not documented (there are four other interviews documented). Prior, Myria had filed a separate short hand written complaint/inquiry about Robert Welsh's effort on NIH R01 grant which was administratively closed (without our knowledge) in October 2017. Somehow this detailed complaint dictated by Paul Cronin was used (without our knowledge) to conduct an investigation into the R01 grant even though the text only mentions the NIH Grant as an aside.
